You can mingle with a gratitude friend and exchange lists containing the things you are grateful for. It will help you remain positive by shaking off the stress.
8. Don't stick to your past failure
You may have failed in certain things in the past. That doesn't mean that you will again fail in the future. Failure is not bad. In fact, it is the pillar of success and by failing you will know what not to do to win certain things. Every opportunity is a brand new beginning for you. Embrace it.
9. Try to put thing into the right perspective
It's simple to make things negative. Always think that your overthinking won't matter after a month or a year. You will remain stuck in a place while the world will proceed ahead of you. Change the time frame. It will help you to stop overthinking.
